The hotel was completely refurbished in 2003/4 and all 28 guestrooms have neutral décor with deep red carpets and modern furnishings; all feature private bathrooms with a bath or shower, and a hair dryer, and are equipped with minibars, direct-dial telephones and televisions. Some rooms also have kitchenettes and/or balconies.<br> Guests can enjoy breakfast at the hotel and there is a coffee maker to keep topped up if required. The Dante offers transportation (for a fee) allowing individuals, or groups of up to eight people, to enjoy excursions in a minivan with a multilingual driver.<br> The Hotel Dante is within easy reach of the famous Promenade des Anglais, which is just 200 meters away, as are the beaches and waters of the Mediterranean. With a bus stop 200 meters away and the central railway station 1 kilometer away, guests are positioned to explore as little or as much as they like. The hotel is approximately 6 kilometers, or a fifteen- minute drive from Nice International Airport. SNCF national train services run to/from the airport every 30 minutes from Cannes Gare St Laurent du Var and every 45 minutes from Gare Nice Ville. Taxis are readily available to all destinations; taxi stands are located outside both terminals.
