Location. The Fair House Beach Resort and Hotel is located on the Thai island of Koh Samui. The resort is on Chaweng Beach, the longest and most popular beach on the island. It is a one and a quarter hour flight from Bangkok to the Koh Samui airport and approximately 15 kilometers (9.3 miles) to the resort. <br><br>Hotel Features. The resort has 130 modern rooms. Amenities include two restaurants, a bar, freeform adult and children's swimming pools with spa tub and par 3/9 golf course. The Club House contains a conference room with facilities. The Rim'Lay Restaurant is an open-air restaurant serving á la carte and buffet meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Buffet breakfast is complimentary. Themed buffet dinner nights occur throughout the week. Watersport facilities for boating, sailing, diving and snorkeling are provided on the beach in front of the resort. <br><br>Guestrooms.
