The price is just about as low as you'd find anywhere in baku, which is a suprisingly expensive city to stay in (even for run-down ex-soviet hotels). You will stay at really beautiful place with all сonveniences you need. From the balcony you will see the caspian sea and the city center. We are sure that you will spend a lot of time just looking outside from there and drink your beer or cofee. The location is great, being inside the old city walls, and about 5 minutes walk from sights like maiden's tower.
