Buttery hues and jewel tones pervade the rich interiors of this curvaceous high-rise megaresort. Deluxe resort rooms are probably bigger than your apartment at home and all suites have private VIP check-in. Salon suites have prime floor-to-ceiling views and private massage rooms. Service for all at this five-diamond casino hotel is fabulous.

Resort rooms come with high-thread-count linens, sofas with ottomans, flat-screen high-definition TVs, oversized Turkish towels and all the little luxuries. Wynn is all about exclusivity - getting inside is the goal. Reserve a suite and you'll even get to use a VIP side entrance and private swimming pool terrace. The casino hotel itself is semi-shielded from the Strip by an artificial 'mountain' of greenery and waterfalls. Interiors are flooded with natural light, which is unusual in Vegas. Perhaps the most remarkable thing about Wynn is its painstaking attention to detail, from a self-parking garage with electronic signboards directing you to vacant spaces to chaise lounges in the hotel registration area. The only downside is being off the monorail line. Look for Wynn's sister resort, Encore, opening soon just to the north.
