Populated mostly with quiet, historic, graceful houses in varying states of decay, the street that Otrada Hotel is tucked into - vulitsa Uyutnaya (Cosy Street) - lives up to its name. Rooms, which are appointed in lime green and other delicate colours, are tasteful and elegant; bathrooms feature fluffy white robes.

The diminutive, renovated hotel exudes a warm and comfy feel as well. Service is attentive and gracious. Lanzheron Beach is not far away, but Otrada seems best suited as a place to hunker down in during the chilly winter months.
