Affable Mimi Apostolov and his family let eight comfortable, heated rooms in their own house, each of which has a fridge and satellite TV. The private bathrooms are very rudimentary, with no shower curtains.Don't expect any extras except extreme kindness in this budget guesthouse, well located in a quiet, central suburb only a short stroll to the lake. There are no phones in the rooms but the Internet is accessible from an old computer in the little breakfast space. Breakfast can be arranged for a small additional charge per person. The two most basic rooms are offered at a 20% discount on the standard price. An apartment with its own kitchen is available in a separate building nearby at the same generous rates as the main house.
