This ultra-modern waterfront complex offers one- and two-bedroom apartments facing Colley Reserve. But it's the apartments looking out over Glenelg Beach and the slim projection of historic Glenelg Jetty that capture the imaginations of guests here.

You'll obviously pay more for a saltwater perspective, but there's nothing like eating breakfast on a balcony looking out over a sandy beach and an endless sweep of deep blue. Apartments are equipped with full kitchen and laundry facilities, and have a distinct lack of clutter so as to not distract from the views. The complex has an indoor heated pool for when the ocean is too chilly and three restaurants that can deliver food to your apartment, and its corridors are lined with colourful impressionistic art. Low rates are sometimes offered in exchange for less regular servicing of the apartment.
