Near the heart of São Paulo's looming financial centre, this luxury hotel is designed for travelers who have pampering in mind. The rooms are lovely and spacious, and the full-service spa is just down the hall - somewhere between the hotel's private cinema and its high-end jewelery shop.Inside these nicely designed rooms, rich blue carpet covers the floors, while large, curved windows fill the rooms with sunlight allowing enviable views over the metropolis (in a city of voyeurs, this is no small design element - even the elevator has a tiny window onto the city). Artwork over the beds adds a splash of color to the rooms, and there's space to work (a small attractive desk) and the tools to do so (wireless access everywhere in the hotel). The luxury continues in the marble-filled bathrooms with huge bathtubs, broad mirrors and a separate shower. For guests on limitless expense accounts, there are private 'club' floors with bigger, bolder rooms, massive suites and access to private happy hours at the bar.
