Lonely Planet review

This is a straight-up-and-down bargain deal. Don't expect any fripperies or flounces - you're getting a good square room (that sleeps up to four) with fridge, TV, air-con and bathroom and about as much character as a cardboard box - but it does the trick.Add in the fact that this place has an excellent central location on Glebe Point Rd plus a rooftop swimming pool and a BBQ area and you're way in front of some of Sydney's mid-range hotel options. Management is straightforward and seems to have a tight budget in the smiles department, but there should be no security issues - it's a tight ship. All up, there were 26 rooms in operation when we visited (out of a total of 39), and most of these were refurbished in mid-2004, meaning that they're still pretty spick and span.
