Three kilometres from the heart of town and an easy walk from the City of Arts & Sciences, this hotel, a member of the AC group, has an ultra-contemporary feel and offers exceptional value low season rates that include most weekends.

Come here to be pampered in relaxed, designer surroundings. The large painted globe on the side wall and the jagged, angular backlit shapes behind reception articulate a cool sense of style. Bedrooms are minimalist, an interplay of dark woods and light fabrics with four plumped pillows to caress you. Bathrooms are soothing - light green glass doors and darker green tiling within. Superior doubles are significantly larger. There's a rooftop solarium, sauna and gym. Down below there's direct access to underground parking. There's also a quality restaurant, open to all. One negative for solo travellers: there are no single rates.
