Surprisingly well-set-up hotel in a drab part of town but an easy tram or bus ride from the centre. Facilities stretch from a restaurant to a solarium, with a billiards room thrown in for good measure. The neighbourhood around this hotel is never going to win any urban design awards, so the interior of the Felix comes as a pleasant surprise. Once past the open, tiled reception area you encounter wide, plain halls. The rooms are brightly coloured in contrast, the standard ones with green timber panelling and dark green carpet. The furniture is basic but serviceable, and the bathrooms are clean, white-tiled units. Downstairs, the hotel offers a surprising array of facilities, including a billiards room, a sauna, a fitness room, a hairdresser and a solarium. There's also a restaurant, cafe-bar and a kiosk selling newspapers and other useful items.
