Take refuge in this sparkling, secure cabin in a mellow, edge-of-town location. Hostal Donde German opened this second venue to keep up with high demand, and its utter tranquility makes it a fine option indeed. It's by the bus terminal, a five minute walk to the action.

Bedrooms are pleasant but even introverts will be drawn into the sunny living area decked in rugs and blonde wood finish; the leather sofa just beckons you to curl up with a good phrasebook. When the house is full, the stone patio and ample garden - check those volcano views! - make barbecuing promising. The huge kitchen is decked out in checkered tiles and funky neon lighting. You can cook up your dinner on the woodstove, or light it to kick the chill of a damp day.
