Want every inch of your suite covered in rose petals, candles lit and your bath water run? They've done it before at this ask-and-it-will-be-granted luxury flagship of the locally based Hyatt chain. From the miniature TVs in the bathroom to the butler and courtesy car service, no expense has been spared. Bow-shaped tubs hide behind rolling window shades in some rooms so you can soak and still admire the view.

Terrace kings have small balconies looking out across the street to the Water Tower and the lake beyond. Several years after opening, NoMi restaurant, on-site, is still receiving raves.
