Pension con Encanto is a welcoming, exceptionally well priced budget choice. There are eight bedrooms, each decorated with flair and most of them large. The five apartments in the same building also represent outstanding value.

Antonio González, having worked for years in the hotel industry, set up his own guesthouse in 2003. Each one of the eight individually decorated rooms has a full-size fridge, together with free room safe and beverage-making facilities. All five spacious apartments have a mini-kitchen and washing machine, while the most coveted one has a small, private patio and garden. Not least of the attractions for travellers is the free wi-fi access - a perk that many a more grasping and prestigious sleeping option would do well to provide. During most of the year it's essential to reserve in advance. Antonio also has two other apartments - one nearby, the other handy for the bus station. Since Antonio's often out and about, phone on the day to confirm your planned arrival time.
