Those looking for a spot of local flavor can definitely find it here. While noticeably less polished than other options, Patricia proves accommodating and friendly. You'll find it up some steep stairs by the bus station, in the bustling and unruly downtown.

While it may be dated, Patricia is spotless, down to its gleaming knobs and faucets. Rooms have high ceilings and walls are covered in tropical paintings - playful imitations of the masters. The ample bedrooms haven't changed in thirty years. Beds are slightly saggy and there's heavy old dressers topped with cut-crystal decanters. You can make yourself at home cooking in the small guest kitchen.
