In the heart of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology campus, Le Meridien fuses art, design and science. Guests may be world-famous geneticists or Nobel Prize-winning technologists, so this hip hotel doesn't skimp on providing them with all the high-tech and luxury amenities they expect.

The rooms and suites at this Meridien hotel strive for 'contemporary chic', balancing artistry and symmetry. The décor features blonde wood furniture accented with hues of mossy green and coppery yellow, with original artwork adorning the walls. Ergonomic chairs and pillowtop beds ensure the health and comfort of guests while they are working and sleeping. Surprisingly, the rooms are not equipped with the most up-to-date technology, but CD players and 27-inch TVs will get the job done. Sidney's Grille is a decent hotel restaurant, but the surrounding area of Central Sq offers so many exciting eating options that you probably won't have the opportunity to eat here.
