Away from Aizu's centre, although the pleasing rural setting sweetens the deal. It's a 20-minute walk west from Aizu-Takada station along the Tadami line from Aizu-Wakamatsu. Note: seven trains run daily, but only one in the afternoon. Find out your train's arrival time in advance and give the hostel notice - the manager will pick you up from the station (he also escorts guests to a hot spring at 18:00 daily). Free bike rental and breakfast.
