A good back-up option if the Matsuyama Youth Hostel is fully booked, this downtown spot has a funky vibe and spick-and-span dorm rooms to boot. It's also located smack-dab in the middle of the city, directly across from the ropeway leading to the castle. Although it's not as popular as its sister hostel, reservations are still a good idea. Meals and draught beer are available.
