The stylish Playa Victoria is the best of Cádiz's beach hotels, fronting directly onto the sands 2.6km from the Puerta de Tierra. The 188 elegant rooms have balconies shaped like ocean waves. If you're paying this much, go for an oceanfront room (one-third of the rooms face inland). Outside peak seasons there are sometimes good weekend discounts.
