Tucked away behind the Bank of China opposite the Beihai Hotel, this cheap and well-positioned spot has rows of dorm rooms rising up the hill (no English sign). Dorms are simple and vary in price and quality, so gauge them up before deciding. Tents (zhàngpeng; ??) are available for camping at selected points on the summit.
