The double and twin rooms are pretty plain, and the hostel is a bit out of central Tainan, but it's a good place to stay if you're a young traveller and want to meet young Taiwanese. There's a 15% weekday discount. To get to the hostel it's best to take a taxi first then figure out the bus route back.
