When it's sweat city in Tiberias, the Maman Hostel pool is a great place to cool off. The communal areas - such as the garden and terrace around the back - are the highlights of this quiet little place which is well-maintained despite the drop in tourist numbers over the years. Dorms are airy and the rooms, uninspiring but clean. There is no curfew as guests are given keys.
