Still, expect few frills: at these prices you're afforded no more than a whiff of former grandeur. First-floor digs feel musty and beds can be as lumpy as a bowl of Quaker oats. Some guests have complained about a nearby discotheque getting seismic after midnight. Breakfast isn't included but a couple of dollars will get you toast and coffee.
