While there’s nothing central about the Grand, and it’s overpriced given there’s no beach here, this rancho-style hotel does have its charms, offering seven artsy rooms on the 2nd floor of a renovated colonial building. Each is decorated differently, with details such as handcrafted light fixtures, checkerboard floors and hand-painted designs on the walls.
