Stylish cottages set up around a pool in a coconut grove, with laid back but attentively choreographed ambience permeating every detail of every room. The self-contained experience of Coconut Creek, nestled comfortably in a coconut grove, is one that may be a highlight of your time in Goa.Coconut Creek is in a quintessentially Goan area. Quiet and naturally unkempt streets are lined with coconut trees and smiling faces. Wooden and wicker furniture is laid about the grounds and hammocks are strung between trees here and there. A small bridge crosses the pool leading towards the split-level restaurant. Rooms are all about slatted wood, wicker and lattice to let the fresh air in; nature upgraded for the great indoors. Red stone lines the paths in the same earthy tone as the red-tiled roofs, which in turn compliment the lush bold green of the swaying trees. The bright blue of the pool sets off the earthy tones to scream sublime. 'Resort' feels like too cheap a label for this special, secluded Goan gem.
