This family-run guesthouse has bright, clean and attractively decorated rooms, accented by mahogany floors and private balconies. Hotel amenities include a laundromat and an excellent ground floor restaurant.

While the rooms at Martha's main building are perfectly comfortable, the newly opened annex offers even better value. These rooms are huge, with area enough for a king and single sized bed, other bits of furniture and plenty of space in between. Loving attention to detail can be seen here - shown in the restrained tile work and wooden ceiling fans. The bathtubs are a particular bonus. To top it all off, most rooms feature a small balcony overlooking the sports field and river beyond it.
