Straddling the South End and Back Bay, this Y rents over 200 small rooms (some overlooking the garden) to guests on a nightly and long-term basis. Most are open to women only, although one floor is open for men. Bathrooms are shared, as are other useful facilities such as the telephone, library, TV room and laundry. It's a safe, friendly and affordable place for travelers. All rates include breakfast, while dinner is also included in long-term rates.
