Designer cool can often be designer cold and the hypertrendy Morgan falls on the right side of the line, but only just. It's the kind of place Victoria Beckham would have liked - before she made the real cash. The facilities are top rate, and all rooms come equipped with satellite TV, video, stereo and minibar. Aromatherapy treatments and massages are extra, as is breakfast (around 20).
