Accessed by a walkway next to the US departure hall, you can't stay any closer to Vancouver International Airport than this luxurious, amenity-laden hotel. A great option if you want to board a soul destroying long-haul flight in a zen-like state of calm.

This superior airport hotel also has a superior airport location right inside the main terminal building. This means you'll only have to walk to catch your plane, giving you more time to enjoy the facilities. Rooms are elegantly furnished with high-end flourishes, including remote-controlled drapes and marble-lined bathrooms. If you're a plane spotter, try to book a room facing the runways so you can watch - from behind your sound-proofed windows - the arrivals and departures. Jetlagged travellers coming into the city may prefer to hit the spa, pool or fitness rooms before heading to their business meetings - day-use rooms are available for those in transit.
