A fine, unassuming hotel that offers guests a friendly welcome and modest, clean rooms, close to the shopping of Corso Buenos Aires. There's a wide range of rooms on offer for such a small hotel. After negotiating the narrow spiral mirrored staircase to the 1st-floor reception, you'll find a friendly smile and greeting from the English-speaking owner. The hotel takes up two floors and there's a mix of rooms with or without bathroom and those without bathroom have to share with only one other room on the floor, making this a pretty good option. The rooms are spotless, furnished in a modest unassuming style, but considering the price range, it's fine. Worth trying to score here, however, is number 27, as it has a private balcony. It's actually quite convenient as well, with Lima Metro station just down the road and Stazione Central a short hop away. A well-run place with enthusiastic management and value that's pretty hard to beat.
