Judging by the parking-garage exterior, this place doesn't look like much, but it's one of the better deals in town, even if the bathrooms do look like improvised afterthoughts.

This is really the cutting edge of the budget hotel payoff - you can have clean, central, spacious or well equipped, but not all four. Grungy rooms and an odd smell are the only problems here.
