Although lacking somewhat in charm, the tile-floored rooms right by the Parque Central here are a good deal. They're spacious enough, and most have views out over the busy street below.

Set well back from the street, this cheapie is quiet, if a little rough around the edges. Big windows let in plenty of light. Rooms are small with lots of faded browns and yellows.
