It's a sign of Bangalore's economic boom times that this new business hotel has sprung up in the low-rent Majestic area around the bus and train stations. Its design shows some individuality, mixing minimalist lines with a bolder than usual use of colour.

Sunshine yellow walls and lemon leather upholstered chairs lend a summery atmosphere to the lobby. Similar colours, as well as dusty pinks, pop up in the decoration of the spacious, contemporary styled guest rooms. Walls are hung with sepia tint photos of Venice and there are Japanese-style blinds. There's no need to be scrunched up as the double rooms have two queen-sized beds.
