Lonely Planet Review
This excellent eight-room guesthouse in the centre of town is a welcome addition to the Barcelona accommodation scene. The tiled rooms are large, spotlessly clean and come with their own kitchens and bathrooms.
It's a very professionally run place that shows most noticeably in the friendly welcome and the rooms that seem not to have aged since they were built. Air-con, TVs and, for all but one of the rooms, a balcony or private terrace add up to a package that is hard to beat, especially if you're planning to be in Barcelona for a week or more and don't feel like eating out every night. You're also in the heart of town but just far enough removed from the crowds to ensure a good night's sleep. The owners also happily disseminate city information and they have an information desk that is set up to answer FAQs about Barcelona. Highly recommended.
