Here's an inn with unremarkable rooms. You get a simple bed in a small room with a crap TV. The one thing it has going for it is it's location near the ferry terminals. If you need anything more, this is definitely not the place for you.

Most of the wall coverings are mismatched, and the modest furnishings provided look like they were salvaged from the off-spec pile at a discount store. None of this really matters though, because value and location make this place special. It's one of the cheapest places in town for travellers looking for a private bath and hot water. Throw in a convenient downtown location close to several simple yet terrific restaurants and coffee shops, and it looks like a winner for the budget traveller looking to catch an early departure from the nearby ferry terminal.
