Part of a Thai-owned hotel chain, the Amari Rincome is a reliable business hotel located in the most fashionable quarter of the city close to Kad Suan Kaew and Chiang Mai University. Many expats living in the upscale neighbourhoods off Th Nimanhemin also lodge visiting family and friends here.

Although hardly ground-breaking, the decor blends Thai and Western influences with ample, pleasant public sitting areas and large, comfortable rooms. Hotel services include a well-received Italian restaurant, coffee shop, lobby bar, conference facilities, business centre, outdoor parking, tennis court and swimming pool. The Amari is also within walking distance of shopping and dining options along both Th Nimanhemin and Th Huay Kaew. Soi 1, Th Nimanhemin, the lane immediately behind the hotel, is the city's most coveted location for art galleries and high-end handicraft shops.
