Lonely Planet Review
Blue's rooms are looking distinctly weary these days, but planned renovations in the coming months mean the rooms will hopefully be in much better shape in the very near future.
Clamber up a flight of stairs to the very top where you'll find Blue's small reception area which opens out onto a splendid rooftop terrace - perhaps the most redeeming feature of this hotel - which is a terrific spot for a sunbath. There are a total of 13 rooms at this friendly little guesthouse, some of which are in noticeably better condition than others. The cheapest rooms have a shared bathroom, while the higher-priced rooms are generally more spacious and come with attached bathrooms. All rooms currently lack attention to detail and are in need of a facelift. On the plus side, Blue is in a conveniently central location and has long had a faithful traveller following, so once the planned renovations have been done the hotel should snap back to its former glory.
