Lonely Planet Review
In a prime location on the main road to the beach, this friendly and professionally run hotel with comfortable rooms arranged around a pool (also open to non-guests for a fee) is a good choice for those that can afford it. There's also a decent 24hr cafe next to the pool.
Villa Anjuna is ideally located on Anjuna beach road, one minute's walk (or three-minute stumble) from Anjuna's famous Paradiso club. Villa Anjuna fills a gap in the Anjuna accommodation spectrum. It's a mid-range hotel with professional upmarket service and one of the cheapest places to stay with a pool. There is a handy (albeit overpriced) array of facilities like Internet access, money exchange and safe lockers. Overall it's an entirely secure place to base yourself and explore the more unruly world of Anjuna that lies beyond its protective blue fence. Unless you can get a room around the pool, there's not much of a villa feel to Villa Anjuna, though you can enjoy the pool and an around-the-clock view of the poolside rooms at the cafe. The rooms out the back and behind the good ones feel overpriced.
