Lonely Planet Review

Quotes Behind a newly steam-cleaned curved corner facade the colour of a freshly ripening peach, the pick of the rooms are the four romantic 'round' rooms, which all have semi-circular balconies (they cost just a handful of euros more, but they're often out of reach, especially in summer, as demand's sky-high). Some bathrooms are so tiny you have to squeeze past the toilet to reach the shower, but they're bright and clean. Upgrades to the hotel's 50 rooms include red and white matching bedspreads and curtains. There's no air conditioning, but there are double glass windows, as well as a caged timber and glass lift so you won't have to scale the stairs. Breakfast is Euro4 in the salon, or Euro4 in your room, and WiFi's free. Staff are charming and helpful.
