The rooms are decorated in a muted colour scheme and there are tiled floors, and sizeable windows to let in the tropical rays. The standards are more modest in size, so if you can afford to upgrade, you'll get more space and a bigger bed. All the bathrooms are sleek and modern, with full-size tubs as well. A few of the rooms have direct views of the ocean, some have lateral ocean views and others face the outstretched arms of Christ the Redeemer. The best rooms are on the Ipanema floor. Here you'll find furnished suites with wood floors, Jacuzzi baths, flatscreen TVs and a more attentive service than on the other floors. There's also a rooftop pool, internet connections, two saunas, a fitness centre, a stylish restaurant, and a professional, multilingual staff.
