Lonely Planet Review
One of Sydney's better sleeping secrets, and with good reason - you wouldn't want anyone else to gazump your reservation either. It's a nice little bolthole with a sense of privacy and discretion. And its location is smack bang in the city centre.
Understated deluxe rooms come with clean lines, nice colours, all the high-tech gadgetry you could hope for and kitchenettes for when you can't be bothered dining out again. We liked the great loft rooms, which feature two TVs and can sleep up to four people, plus very nice standard 'deluxe' rooms, but we were most impressed by the two-bedroom apartment, which really was like a proper apartment. On the premises you'll find a swanky bar named Privilege and an eatery named Minc, which are both popular as a after-work social outlets. It's been owned by the same folk since it started, which has given it a reassuring feel of stability and professionalism.
