The glass and plastic facade looks a little out of place but the interior is fine. The bathrooms are possibly the best thing about this place. All have been given a contemporary touch, complete with an oversized square sink and large counter. Economy doubles have a smaller bathroom with shower only, while the half-lux and lux rooms contain a bathtub. Views are best from the street side of the building. Downstairs you'll find the Roma Restaurant, where guests are served a free continental breakfast. Italian meals are served here the rest of the day. The hotel offers Internet access at an hourly rate. The Kharaa is located on a quiet street; about ten minutes' walk from Sükhbaatar Sq, and five minutes from Gandan Monastery.
