Arguably the leading business hotel in town, rooms include all the usual five-star suspects, including satellite TV, minibar, safety deposit box and bathrobes. But thanks to its central location near Nam Phu fountain, it also draws a steady tourist crowd. Plaza floor rooms come at a premium thanks to extra trim and bigger views, plus there are several suites on offer if you are feeling presidential. The lobby is bright and spacious and includes both a small bar and a large restaurant where the breakfast buffet is served each morning. The 3rd-floor pool is a great sun trap on a hot day and could swing the decision for families with a flexible budget.
