Run by the irrepressible Mr Leng, this cotton-candy structure was originally built as a home and has large rooms complete with hot-water bathrooms. There is plenty of travel information here and the lively restaurant is a good place for a beer or a signature phnom pleung (hill of fire), a beef-and-vegetable DIY tabletop barbecue.
