Eight comfortable rooms at attractive rates are on the menu at this quiet and dainty Old Town offering. The doubles are bigger than average and although you probably won't be writing postcards home about them, they're nicely designed. The charming receptionist adds to the pleasant, informal tone of the place.

The comfortable beds are draped in attractive quilt-like bedspreads and bear a clutch of cutesy pillows in case the urge for a pillow fight arises. There are two cushy green chairs in every double: sit back and admire the beams spanning the fine pinewood ceiling. Some of the bathrooms could use a shot of air-freshener but other than that they aren't bad. You get free Internet access here, free parking and the right to smoke in your room. Breakfast is free in a medieval basement restaurant with arched brick ceilings.
