The apartments and studio rooms in this smart block within a restaurant and shopping complex have been newly refurbished in a reasonably tasteful manner for a business establishment. They now offer comfort and value for money in the regenerated and vibrant New Farm area of Brisbane.

The Central Brunswick apartment complex forms part of a funky square of cafes, restaurants and shops, all very chichi and a far cry from the tawdry brothels and run-down factories that once flanked these streets. The complex itself offers good-size rooms and apartments, with smart and businesslike decor that still manages a modicum of style with warm colours and contemporary prints on the walls. Both rooms and apartments have small balcony areas, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and positively sterile bathrooms. The apartments also have self-catering kitchens, lots of floor space and a separate lounge area with TV. Some of the apartments come laid out in a snazzy loft style. The complex also has a roof terrace featuring a sauna, spa and barbeque area flanked by a small gym.
