The Quay West Suites proudly boast that they are the only five-star apartments in Brisbane. The atmosphere throughout is elegant and sophisticated, and the suites themselves provide every comfort most guests could wish for.

The opulent self-contained units have modern kitchens, fully equipped laundries, numerous TVs, CD/DVD players, modem ports and sweeping views over the botanical gardens to the Brisbane river beyond. Every suite has a balcony with the same view, plus a table and chairs for alfresco dining. The decor is classic and elegant without being too boring - the soft grey sofas are livened up with brightly coloured cushions, and contemporary paintings hang on the walls. Friendly and helpful staff will provide room service 24 hours a day, or you can dine in the small but critically acclaimed restaurant, McMahons. Room service can also be served up under a Balinese wooden pavilion on the 'recreation deck' with its swimming pool (complete with fountains), spa, sauna and gym. If you're feeling really decadent, opt for one of the three-bedroom penthouse suites on the top floor.
