Hip-hop gets jiggy with zebra-stripes on the curtains and cushions in the small lobby, which turns into one of the hoppin'-est happy hours on Collins when the sun goes down. Leave a tip for the giant African statue while you're draining that mojito. The Chesterfield is part of the ubiquitous South Beach Group, which tries to be hip, hot and affordable by cutting costs via Ikea-like furniture that can look flimsy if closely inspected, although the big picture is always sleek and beautiful.
