This small place is cheap and simple with a useful internet café , six- and three-person dorms and good low-season discounts on double and single rooms. Note some rooms are without windows. The owners can arrange ticketing and a bus to Yanzhou. The hotel has no English sign, but it's near the Drum Tower on the east side of Gulou Nanjie.
