The Hotel Pacific continues to rule the roost as the best value cheapie in Central Dhaka. There is a wide range of room types, and all are spacious and homely with hot water in the bathrooms. The staff are unfailingly polite and welcoming without being overpowering. They are quite used to foreigners and their strange ways. The Hotel Pacific's restaurant is popular with businessmen and families.
